Who is responsible

Isaac Sports Lab is published by IK SPORTS DATA, SAS, 7 place de l'Hôtel de Ville, 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois, France (SIREN 992 974 220, RCS Bobigny). For any question about your data: contact@isaacsportslab.com.

Data we process

Account: email address, name, role (player, agent, analyst), language, and your Google identifier if you sign in with Google (we only receive your Google name, email and profile picture, never your password). Player: first name, last name, position, club, agency, analysed matches, analyses, reports and videos published for them, goals, read receipts. Post-match feedback: performance, confidence and fatigue scores, what felt easy or hard, answers and comments. Notifications: your device's technical subscription, if you turn them on. Demo requests: name, agency, email, phone, message.

Why

To provide the app: publish the player's analyses, let their agent follow their development, collect their feedback and compare it with the analysis, send notifications and reminders. To answer demo requests. Legal basis: performance of the service requested by the player and their agency; consent for feedback and notifications.

Feedback, a sensitive data

Declared fatigue may count as health data. It is only recorded with your explicit consent, given separately at first sign-in, which you can withdraw at any time from your profile. Without it, you still receive all your analyses, without the feedback questionnaire.

Minors

For a player under 18, feedback is only requested after written consent from their legal guardian, recorded by the analyst.

Who can see it

The player, the Isaac Sports Lab analyst and the agents of the agency following the player. No other agency, no advertising, no resale. Technical providers, bound by contract: Supabase (database and files, servers in Paris, European Union), Vercel (website hosting), Google (Google sign-in, if you choose it), Vimeo (video playback).

Retention

While the account is active, then 12 months after the end of the follow-up, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Demo requests with no follow-up are deleted after 3 years.

Cookies

Only necessary cookies: your sign-in session and your language choice. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, by writing to contact@isaacsportslab.com. You can also contact the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
